815 Digital Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a digital services studio based in the Stateline region, serving businesses throughout the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our client engagements, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We only collect information you choose to provide when you interact with us:

• Consultation requests submitted through our consultation questionnaire — typically your name, business name, email, optional phone number, and details about your goals and current tools.
• Complimentary Systems Review submissions — the responses you provide in the ten-section review form so we can understand your operations and prepare recommendations.
• Business System, Automation, and Website onboarding — the AI Launch Assistant collects the answers you provide step-by-step after purchase so we can configure, build, and deliver what you ordered.
• Direct communications — messages you send us by email or through scheduling links.

You do not need to create an account to use this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, you are interacting with Stripe’s secure hosted checkout. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or bank credentials. Stripe shares with us only the information needed to confirm the purchase and reconcile your order (for example, the checkout session identifier, order amount, product purchased, and billing name/email you supplied to Stripe). Stripe’s handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to consultation requests and Systems Review submissions.
• Configure, build, and deliver the Business System, Automation Solution, or website project you purchased.
• Verify Stripe payments and prevent duplicate onboarding submissions.
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, project updates, delivery notices).
• Provide ongoing support and answer questions about your engagement.
• Improve the clarity of our forms, product pages, and onboarding flows based on the questions we receive.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade your contact details. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising.

When you submit a form or complete onboarding, we send confirmation and status emails to the address you provide. These are transactional messages tied to the service you requested. Our sender name is 815 Digital Services and replies go to hello@815digitalservices.com. If we ever introduce optional marketing emails, they will include a clear unsubscribe link.

This site uses a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries that are strictly necessary for the site to function — for example, remembering your progress partway through the Business System Assessment or the AI Launch Assistant so you can return without losing your answers. We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers or cross-site profiling scripts. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this section will be updated to describe what is collected and how to opt out.

To operate this website and deliver our services, we share limited information with trusted providers acting on our behalf:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Our hosting and database provider — securely stores form submissions, onboarding answers, and order records.
• Our email delivery provider — sends the confirmation and status emails described above.
• Scheduling tool — used when you book a consultation call.

Each provider is bound by its own security and privacy commitments. We share only the data needed for the specific task.

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure protected by industry-standard controls including access limits, encryption in transit, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable, appropriate steps to protect the information you entrust to us and to limit internal access to the people who need it to deliver your project.

We keep consultation, Systems Review, and onboarding submissions for as long as needed to deliver your project and support your business afterward, and then for a reasonable period consistent with tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@815digitalservices.com; we will honor the request except where retention is legally required (for example, records tied to a completed Stripe transaction).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your information, subject to the retention notes above.
• Opt out of any non-essential communications (transactional messages tied to an active engagement will continue).
