The first 30 days are on us.
Every Business System includes the first 30 days of its applicable Care plan at no additional cost, beginning when your Business System goes live.
After that complimentary 30-day period, the applicable Care plan continues automatically at the published monthly rate — $149, $249, or $399 per month.
Cancellation requires 30 days written notice in accordance with the service agreement. Care plans are non-transferable.
Financing applies only to the one-time Business System investment; your Care plan is billed separately after the complimentary 30-day period that begins at go-live. See the service agreement for full terms.

A Business System is a living platform, not a one-time file. It has to be hosted, kept online, patched against new security vulnerabilities, updated as software changes, backed up nightly, monitored, and repaired when something breaks. Business System Care covers all of that continuously so your system stays secure and dependable.
Every Business System includes the first 30 days of its applicable Care plan at no additional cost, beginning when your Business System goes live. After that complimentary 30-day period, the Care plan continues automatically at the published monthly rate — $149/month for Essentials Care, $249/month for Professional Care, or $399/month for Elite Care — unless canceled in accordance with the service agreement.
Yes. If you upgrade your Business System, your Care plan simply moves with it to the applicable level. If you decide to cancel, just provide 30 days' written notice. Once Care ends, the hosting, maintenance, monitoring, updates, backups, bug fixes, and support included with your plan also end. Full details are in your service agreement.

Elite Care adds AI model updates, new AI features as they're added to the platform, advanced automation enhancements, advanced Ask 815 change guidance, and strategic recommendations on getting more out of your system's AI and automation capabilities.
No. Each Care plan is designed for its corresponding Business System. To receive Professional or Elite Care, the Business System must be upgraded first.
